Waldorf
Collaborative Counseling:
How do we meet the needs of the Student, Teacher, and Parents?
A Collaborative Counselor brings forth and engages all parts of a group engaged in supporting a struggling student, or mediating disagreements between children. We will shed light on each child's experience and needs, and design a plan that serves the individual student, as well as the larger whole. This process may include one to one meetings with each party involved in the struggle; and also a group circle where each person is able to express themselves and be heard in their search to find common ground and find resolution and a sustainable way of being that is acceptable to everyone.
Waldorf Collaborative Counseling Services Available:
The Social Inclusion Approach:
Accountability without Blame, for the Prevention and Intervention of Teasing & Bullying
